Habitat: Growing near the southeast shoreline of East Sylvia Lake (ID 86028900), a 670 acre mesotrophic basin situated in the Big Woods Subsection. Connected to West Sylvia Lake through a small channel. Water clarity high. Locally common. Submerged in 0.5 meters of water.
Substrate: Gravel substrate.
Associated Species: Associated with Najas flexilis, Stuckenia pectinata, Potamogeton gramineus.
