Habitat: Found growing in the southernmost basin of Moose Lake (ID 86027100), an 85 acre mesotrophic lake situated in the Big Woods Subsection. Good water clarity. Majority of shoreline undeveloped. Near the public water access. Found 1 meter of water.
Substrate: Soft, muck substrate.
Associated Species: Associated with Nymphaea odorata, Brasenia schreberi, Ceratophyllum demersum, Potamogeton zosteriformis, Elodea canadensis, Heteranthera dubia, Lemna trisulca, Myriophyllum sibiricum, P. illinoensis, P. crispus, P. pusillus, Utricularia vulgaris, U. intermedia.
