Habitat: Deeper areas with Alisma are very sparsely vegetated. Mucky snail material makes up the basin. There is very little water. Basin presumably inundated for much of the year. Sedge cover absent throughout much of the basin.
Substrate: Muck.
Associated Species: Calamagrostis canadensis, Persicaria pensylvanica, and Sparganium eurycarpum.
