Pileus: Shape convex, Color yellow with brown scales, Surface with small brownish yellow scales becoming pubescent, Diameter (12)18-31 mm, Margin inrolled with pubescent fringe, Color of flesh yellow, Thickness of flesh 4 mm, Consistency solid; Bruising or other changes: slowly turning brown where cut; Lamellae: Attachment adnexed, Color bright yellow, Spacing subdistant to close, Lamellulae present; Stipe: Attachment central, Shape even with bulbous base, Color yellow, bruising brown, Surface felt-like, Length 330 mm, Width at apex 6 mm, Width at base 6 mm, Width of bulbous base 8 mm across; Basal tomentum not visible; Flesh color cream to yellow, Consistency solid; Odor pleasant, slightly of green corn or musty; Taste indistinct; Partial veil none; Annulus absent; Latex absent; Chemical Test: KOH negative;
