Habitat:
Occasional along valley bottom near spring in the valley east of Trout Run Creek. No shrub layer here.
Associated Species:
Canopy dominated by Quercus alba, Juglans nigra, Tilia americana, Ulmus americana, Acer saccharum. Ground layer associates include Geranium maculatum, Carex hirtifolia, Caulophyllum thalictroides, Enemion biternatum, Circaea lutetiana, Laportea canadensis, Impatiens capensis.
