Habitat:
Approx. 10 plants found on northwest facing upper slope in part shade near rock outcrop in valley to the east of Trout Run Creek.
Associated Species:
Canopy dominated by Quercus macrocarpa with Fraxinus pennsylvanica nearby. Growing with Fraxinus pennsylvanica seedlings, Solidago flexicaulis, Sanicula gregaria, Hydrophyllum virginiana, Thalictrum thalictroides, Festuca subverticillata.
