Description: HABITAT: Mixed woods with conifer, oak, aspen and maple present. HABIT: Growing in pairs or alone. SUBSTRATE: Appearing to grow from log. CAP: 58-70mm. Becoming flat, but slightly overlapping/uneven. Fibrils in a pattern similar to Pheasant back radiating from center that are light brown. Cap dingy yellow/light tan. GILLS: White, but becoming yellow at margin. Jagged edges. SPORE PRINT: White
