Description: Common herb in disturbed places. Stems riquetrous with wings formed from decurrent leaf bases. Corolla colour very variable from almost white to pale deep blue or mauve-pink, mid-blue predominating. Corolla tube usually pale to purplish blue. Palate with two white streaks, broadening to a white bend on the base of the tube, with several (variable number) of bark ble "chevrons" and other markings.
