Locality: United States, Minnesota, Beltrami, Red Lake Wildlife Mgmt Area. Fourtown Grygla Snowmobile Trail; 5.75 miles north of Upper Red Lake.

Habitat: Extensive black ash swamp (WFn55) south of open western water track fen. Collection made on the north side of a snowmobile trail in remote part of Red Lake peatland. Very wet at the time of collection with many hummocks and hollows.
Notes: Associates include Geum rivale, Iris versicolor, Carex leptalea, Caltha palustris, Impatiens capensis, Rubus pubescens, Carex stipata, Carex lacustris, Carex retrorsa, Carex vaginata, Ranunculus gmelinii.
