United States, Minnesota, Beltrami, Wolf Trail Wildlife Mgmt. Area. 0.35 miles north of Beltrami Co Road 710; 8.4 miles southeast of Grygla.

Habitat:
Common in open prairie rich fen. Areas of Salix and Dasiphora common on subtle rises that are drier than surrounding soils and more diverse.
Notes:
Associates include Carex granularis, Carex capillaris, Symphyotrichum umbellatum, Rubus arcticus, Solidago uliginosa, Salix petiolaris, Carex leptalea, Trichophorum cespitosum.
