Locality: United States, Minnesota, Beltrami, Red Lake State Forest. Approx. 115 meters west of MN Trunk Hwy 72; 3.75 miles south of Waskish.

Habitat: Disturbed wetland adjacent to forest logging road. Appears that it was formerly forested but has since but cut and is now dominated by Scirpus cyperinus and Euthamia graminifolia. Collection made near road.
Notes: Additional associates include Carex lacustris, Iris versicolor, Alisma gramineum, Bidens spp., Maianthemum canadense, Thelypteris palustris.
