United States, Minnesota, Beltrami, Red Lake Wildlife Mgmt Area. 12.3 miles east of State Hwy89; north side of Fourtown Grygla Snowmobile Trail; 16.5 miles southeast of Fourtown.

Occasional in large Fraxinus nigra swamp complex near snowmobile road in very remote area. Very wet and transitions to a Larix laricina dominated area to south.
Associates include Iris versicolor, Carex leptalea, Carex lacustris, Carex pseudocyperus, Carex stipata, Rubus pubescens, Impatiens capensis, Ribes hirtellum, Geum rivale.
