Habitat: Small rocky, gravelly, clear-water creek, entrenched 1-2m below rank weedy floodplain affected by flash floods
Associated Species: Populus deltoides, Salix interior, Thlandiantha dubia, Arctium lappa, Silphium perfoliatum, Phalaris arundinacea, Calystegia sepium, Urtica dioica, Solidago gigantea
Description: Viny mass over shrubs. Leaves very quickly going limp, the undersides sticking to themselves and to fingers like some Loasaceae, making it very difficult to press the plants; on living plants the leaves are held completely free of adjacent vegetation. Flowers clear light yellow
