Habitat: In a lowland forest
Associated Species: Dominated by Tilia americana and Celtis occidentalis. Associated with Circaea lutetiana ssp. canadensis, Cryptotaenia canadensis, Laportea canadensis, Leonurus cardiaca, Matteuccia struthiopteris var. pensylvanica.
