Loose to rather dense patches at the outlet into Good Creek. Rooted in sand amongst cobbles and small boulders above and just below the water line. Full sun.
Associates include Eleocharis palustris, Phragmites australis, Sium suave, Persicaria amphibia, Acorus calamus, Salix lucida.
