Description: Pileus convex, becoming plane; in age center depressed; 65-100 mm broad; Color mauve to pinkish buff, 30. d.yPk (ISCC-NbS) but paler; Surface sticky, becoming dry, smooth; flesh consistency firm, 9-25 mm; staining pinkish when cut, especially in old specimens; odor not detected, taste mild; Lamellae decurrent, 30-40 mm long, color cream, bruising pink where bruisedl; latex none; concolor, eroded in old; spacing pattern crowded, not forking; lamellulae present, inner ends tapering; Stipe equal or tapering apex, (50-60 mm) x (12-16) mm; surface smooth, white, bruises pink - purple brown; flesh color white, pinkish where cut;
