United States, Minnesota, Wabasha, Upper Mississippi River National Fish and Wildlife Refuge; about 4.25 km (2.6 miles) N-NE of the center of Kellogg. A dense stand of Zizania in a small basin (about 0.5 acre), likely connected to the Mississippi River during periods of high water.
