Veils actually displayed several colors and stipes of younger speimens were quite colorful with mature specimens much less so. The was some brown staing noted on flesh, tubes and stipes. Largest specimen was nearly 4 inches across with 2-3 inch stipes that were up to 1/2 inch wide and solid.
