Habitat: Occasional, local on edge of trail running between Pinus resinosa plantation and younger mesic hardwood forest dominated by Betula papyrifera, Acer rubrum.
Substrate: Loam.
Associated Species: Eurybia macrophylla, Pteridium aquilinum, Fragaria virginiana, Sceptridium multifidum, Sceptridium sp.
Description: Majority of observed plants forma dissectum.
