Habitat: Occasional along west-facing slope with Sioux quartzite outcrops and small cliffs. Dry to mesic prairie growing between rock exposures.
Substrate: Rock.
Associated Species: Bouteloua gracilis, Opuntia fragilis, Phemeranthus parviflorus.
Description: Parasitizing Artemisia. Corolla lobes acute.
