Habitat: Local and rare in open river terrace forest dominated by Acer saccharinum with Populus deltoides, Celtis occidentalis, Fraxinus pensylvanica.
Substrate: Silt.
Associated Species: Laportea canadensis, Stachys sp., Ulmus sp., Scutellaria lateriflora, Vitis riparia, Symphyotrichum sp., Boehmeria cylindrica, Pilea sp.
Description: All vegetation heavily browsed.
