Habitat: Local, larger patch in overgrown oak woodland/forest dominated by Quercus ellipsoidalis and occasional Acer rubrum. A few Pinus resinosa samplings from nearby planting. Shrub layer with Prunus virginiana, Corylus americana.
Substrate: Sandy loam.
Associated Species: Quercus rubra, Carex pensylvanica, Frangula alnus, Maianthemum canadense.
Description: Patch approximately 15m X 10m.
