Elevation: 286 meters (938ft)
Habitat: Growing in the northeast bay of Big Marine Lake (ID 82005200), a 1,800 acre mesotrophic basin situated in the St. Paul-Baldwin Plains Ecological Subsection. Sheltered bay approximately 20 acres in size with narrow meandering channel leading to the large, main basin. Water stained brown; did not observe staining in the main basin. Individuals locally abundant, growing on the channel margins in up to 30 centimeters of water depth. Seeminlgy very local; did not observe growing outside of this area.
Substrate: Sand-silt substrate.
Associated Species: Associates include Nymphaea odorata subsp. tuberosa, Typha sp.
