Habitat:
Growing near the southern shoreline of Camp Lake (ID 76007200), a 230 acre eutrophic basin situated in the Minnesota River Prairie Subsection. Water clarity fair. Submerged vegetation covered in filamentous algae. Locally abundant, forming dense stands. Majority of individuals not fertile. Fully submerged in 2.1 meters of water, tops of plants ~15 - 30 centimeters below the water's surface.
