Habitat: Growing near the western shoreline of East Chub Lake (ID 38067400), a 63 acre shallow basin situated in the Laurentian Uplands Ecological Subsection. Individuals locally common on a saturated, boulder-strewn point.
Substrate: Wet soil.
Associated Species: Associates include Dulichium arundinaceum, Juncus brevicaudatus, Triadenum fraseri.
