Habitat: Growing near the southwest shoreline of Camp Lake (ID 76007200), a 230 acre eutrophic basin situated in the Minnesota River Prairie Ecological Subsection. Water clarity fair. Individuals locally abundant, forming a stand in 1.2 meters of water.
Substrate: Gravel substrate.
Associated Species: Associates include Najas flexilis.
