Habitat: Growing near the southwest shore of Page Lake (ID 75001900), a shallow, 375 acre eutrophic basin situated in the Minnesota River Prairie Ecological Subsection. Individuals locally common in 60 centimeters of water.
Substrate: Gravel substrate with scattered submerged boulders.
Associated Species: Associated with Typha sp.
