Habitat: Growing near the northeast shoreline of Spring Lake (ID 76013000), a 65 acre basin situated in the Minnesota River Prairie Ecological Subsection. Poor water clarity. High winds confined search area to eastern shoreline. Individuals locally sparse and scattered in 0.8 meters of water.
Substrate: Gravel substrate.
Associated Species: Associated with Stuckenia pectinata.
