Habitat: Growing near the northern shore of Pulaski Lake (ID 86005300), an 800 acre lake with the main basin situated in the Big Woods Ecological Subsection. Individuals occurring in a protected bay referred to as Little Pulaski, situated in the Anoka Sand Plain Ecological Subsection. Highly developed shoreline with less development in bay. Water clarity high. Forming a stand along a shallow peninsula in 0.8 meters of water.
Substrate: Sand substrate.
Associated Species: Associated with Ceratophyllum demersum, Nymphaea odorata, Potamogeton illinoensis, Stuckenia pectinata, Vallisneria americana, Lemna trisulca, Zannichellia palustris.
