Locality: United States, Minnesota, Wright, 2 miles southeast of the town of Howard Lake.

Elevation: 300 meters (984ft)
Habitat: Growing near the northeast shoreline of Ann Lake (ID 86019000), a 375 acre eutrophic basin situated in the Big Woods Ecological Subsection. Moderate shoreline development. Water stained brown. Visibility approximately 1 meter in depth. Did not observe aquatic vegetation growing deeper than 1.5 meters lakewide. Individuals forming a small, abundant stand in 0.8 meters of water. Seemingly sparse lakewide with no additional locations observed.
Substrate: Gravel substrate.
