Habitat: Growing near the southern shoreline of North Lindstrom Lake (ID 13003500), a 140 acre basin situated in the Mille Lacs Upland Ecological Subsection. Very good water clarity. Individuals local. Growing on the edge of a riprap shoreline. Full sun.
Substrate: Sand-silt substrate.
Associated Species: Associates include Nymphaea odorata subsp. tuberosa, Heteranthera dubia, Potamogeton robbinsii, P. amplifolius, Elodea canadensis, Myriophyllum sibiricum, Sagittaria rigida, Lemna trisulca, Spirodela polyrrhiza, Ceratophyllum demersum, Bolboschoenus fluviatilis, Eleocharis palustris.
