Habitat: Found near the northern shoreline of Big Swan Lake (ID 47003800), a 680 acre eutrophic basin situated in the Big Woods Ecological Subsection. Poor water clarity; green in color. Individuals floating on water's surface.
Substrate: Silt substrate.
Associated Species: Associates include Lemna sp., Ceratophyllum demersum.
