Locality:
Sweden, Dalarna: North of Orsa. Flickran mire.
Habitat:
In intermediate-poor fen with sparse Pinus sylvestris trees. Patterned with low strings and well differentiated flarks. Sphagnum pulchrum and S. papillosum dominant near water level, with S. angermanicum and S. subfulvum forming low hummocks. Higher hummocks of S. fuscum dominated by Caluna vulgaris.
