Habitat:
Occasional in sedge fen and tamarack swamp in a small kettle-hole wetland. Full sun to partial shade of Larix laricina and Betula pumila. Quite firm to rather buoyant peat. Continuous Sphagnum carpets. Scattered loose clumps.
