Habitat:
Frequent very locally in a small sedge fen surrounding a tiny (.05-acre) bog pond, in a fairly large black spruce bog. Deep, saturated, buoyant peat. Continuous Sphagnum carpets. Full sun.
Associated Species:
Associates include Drosera intermedia, Scheuchzeria palustris, Rhynchospora alba, Vaccinium oxycoccos, Andromeda glaucophylla, Chamaedaphne calyculata.
