United States, Minnesota, Wabasha, Zumbro Falls Woods Scientific & Natural Area. Along the Zumbro River in rugged terrain two miles southeast of Zumbro Falls.

Habitat:
Occasional on a large (~1/2-acre) sand/gravel bar. ~Level setting ~3-8 inches above the present water line, exposed in the past few weeks by receding river levels. Moist sand (on the downstream end of the bar and with a cap of small, rounded cobbles on upstream end). In a zone dominated by Eragrostis hypnoides and Lindernia dubia. Mostly in full sun.
Associated Species:
Additional associates include Cyperus squarrosus, C. odoratus, Amaranthus tuberculatus, Persicaria hydropiper, P. lapathifolia, Mimulus ringens, Chenopodium glaucum, Verbena hastata, Pilea pumila, Artemisia biennis, Mollugo verticillata, Salix interior.
