Locality: United States, Minnesota, Wabasha, Zumbro Falls Woods Scientific & Natural Area. Along the Zumbro River in rugged terrain two miles southeast of Zumbro Falls.

Verbatim Elevation: 805 feet
Habitat: Common on a large (~1/2-acre) sand/gravel bar. ~Level setting ~3-8 inches above the present water line, exposed in the past few weeks by receding river levels. Moist sand (on the downstream end of the bar and with a cap of small, rounded cobbles on upstream end). Co-dominant with Lindernia dubia. Mostly in full sun. Prostrate growth form.
Associated Species: Additional associates include Eragrostis pectinacea, Cyperus odoratus, C. squarrosus, Amaranthus tuberculatus, Bidens cernua, Chenopodium glaucum, Myosoton aquaticum, Potentilla norvegica, Persicaria hydropiper, P. lapathifolia, Verbena hastata, Mimulus ringens, Salix interior.
