Quite local in a very small, weakly-algific zone on the mid-slope of a steep, 220-foot, northeast-facing bluff, above the lower reaches of the south fork of the creek. Small canopy gap in maple - basswood forest. Partial shade of Tilia americana and Acer saccharum. Diffuse algific discharge through moist, highly-organic, rocky, silty colluvium and a small mossy dolomite outcrop. A few small patches.
