tree, to 44.1 m in height, DBH 77.3 cm, trunk height to foliage 23.1 m, crown height 21 m, crown width 14.5 m, buttresses up to 1.25 m; foliage 123 kg mature wet mass, 1.4273 kg juvenile wet mass; outer bark flaky, with lenticels; fissures vertical; bark brown; cambium brown; wood brown, light brown; exudate absent; DNA preserved in silica, from felled plot. Local name: ate makul Local use: timber for house construction, posts for house framing
