Description:
Plant 9 of 13. This could be the other parent. Ownbey 7216 is from the type locatlity of Aster longifolius var. villicaulis f. pallens and thse specimens match Moore's type. The other parent of this hybrid could not be A. renanthoides as suggested by A.G. Jones on an annotation label attached to Moore's type.
