Growing in a disturbed/drained graminoid dominated field which was likely a drained peatland.
Phalaris arundinacea, Carex buxbaumii, Carex cryptolepis, Carex lasiocarpa, Euthamia graminifolia, Lobelia spicata, Rubus semisetosus, Spirea tomentosa, and Thalictrum dasycarpum.
