... acid peatland with widely spaced Picea mariana & Larix laricina ranging from 2-10m tall. Continuous Sphagnum ssp. carpet. Hollows +/-with~1cm deep water. Associates include Platanthera lacera, Drosera rotundifolia, Carex pauciflora, & Chamaedaphne calyculata. Surface pH~4.7-5.0.
