Habitat: Grazed rich fen with saturated soil. Area slopes gently to the north and merges into a shrub swamp. Growing with Scutellaria galericulata, Carex rostrata, C. hystericina, Calamagrostis inexpansa, Juncus alpinoarticulatus, Scirpus acutus.
