Habitat:
On hummocks of Sphagnum spp. and Chamaedaphne in an open "bog" with slender, widely spaced Larix (2-6 m tall), Vaccinium macrocarpon and V. oxycoccus are common to abundant, Eriophortum spissum, etc.
