Habitat:
In seepage zone at base of large beach ridge; at margin of flooded rich fen, dominated by Carex lacustris and Calamagrostis canadensis; restricted to narrow zone at fen margin; Associated with Salix discolor, Cornus stolonifera, Equisetum sylvaticum.
