Habitat: Eight acre kettle-hole bog (poor fen) in steeply-rolling terrain; in drier Sphagnum hummocks on floating mat. In full sun to partial shade of scattered Larix laricina. Associated species include Carex lasiocarpa, C. limosa, Eriophorum angustifolium, Drosera rotundifolia, Pogonia ophioglossoides, Menyanthes trifoliata, Scheuchzeria palustris, Vaccinium macrocarpon, Andromeda glaucophylla. Trialing through the Sphagnum.
