Habitat: Springs on riverbank with thick, wet, clay soil. Eragrostis hypnoides dominates spring area; adjacent slope forested with Salix, Ulmus, Acer, and Populus. Associaties include: Mimulus ringens, Amarantus [sic] tuberculatus, and Lindernia dubia.
