Population is located within 30m from the western shore of an unnamed pond. Cusson is the closest town 20.5km to the southwest

Habitat: Graminoid poor fen native plant community within the pond basin. Surface water occurs in patchy pools.

Description: Flowering/fruiting. Collected specimens approximately 44cm tall. Rhizomatous, culms ridged and 0.7mm wide, papillose, terete golden-yellow achenes, bifid scales with lobes 0.2-0.3mm.
