Description: TREE to 42.05m in height, DBH 91.9cm, trunk height to foliage 20.4m, crown height 21.65m, crown width 12.5m, buttresses up to 2m, OUTER BARK flaky, with lenticels, FISSURES vertical, broad, BARK brown, orange, WOOD light brown, orange, red, EXUDATE white, cream, wood sample preserved, from felled plot. Local name: wala wala. Local uses: nuts are edible, bark used for making tapa cloth.
