TREE to 14.6m in height, DBH 12.7cm, trunk height to foliage 6.8m, crown height 7.8m, crown width 4.1m, OUTER BARK smooth, flaky, BARK brown, orange, CAMBIUM orange, pink, WOOD dark brown, light brown, EXUDATE white, cream, wood sample preserved, from felled plot. Local name: wala wala. Local uses: nuts are edible, bark used for making tapa cloth.
